After purchase, you receive an email with a QR code and an LPA code. You scan/enter the code → profile is set up → you enable "Cellular Data" and Data Roaming (if needed) → internet works.

Quick check: dial *#06# and see if there is an EID. If there is an EID, the device usually supports eSIM.

Yes, it is usually possible. Installation is the process of downloading the eSIM profile to the phone. Wi-Fi or mobile internet from another SIM is required for installation.

For most plans, the validity period starts after the first connection of the eSIM to the network in the coverage area. However, for some plans, the period may start after installation. If the plan states Billing Start: First Installation, install the eSIM closer to your trip.

It depends on the plan: most tourist plans are data only, i.e. internet access, but there may be exceptions - "data + voice/SMS". Check the labels on the plan card.

There are local, regional, and global plans. The tariff card lists the covered countries and partner networks (4G/5G, where available). Currently, it is available in more than 200 countries: Turkey, UAE, Dubai, Egypt, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bali, Georgia, Europe, USA, Japan, South Korea, and others.

WARNING! The packages only work in the countries specified on the tariff card.

We connect to local partner operators. Speed and ping depend on the coverage of the specific operator and network load.

If it doesn't work due to our fault - we will refund or replace it.

If you selected a tariff and paid without authorization (did not log into User Account), please send an email to support@esim.bar from the email you provided as the recipient of the esim when placing the order, including your order number and the reason for the refund in the email.

If you selected a tariff and paid in the User Account from your balance, you can return the eSIM yourself (Products section), and the money will automatically be returned to your account balance.

We have 2 types of personal accounts:

• eSIM Personal Account - you can access it using the IMSI from the eSIM parameters email, where all eSIM parameters, current statuses, and top-up options (if allowed by the tariff) are available.

• User Personal Account - this is the service section where you can manage your account, view the catalog, place orders, top up your balance, monitor and manage your eSIMs, including the ability to deactivate the eSIM before activation (if it doesn't suit you or you changed your mind) with a refund, as well as connect the API.

Access to the API is provided through the user's personal account. There you can obtain API keys and review the documentation.
